Joel's Place is designed for the littlest campers. It is used by most groups who come with babies, preschoolers, and those to young to attend as campers.

This building has four rooms. The main classroom area has preschool tables and chairs, craft and supply cabinets, and a refrigerator. There is a full size bathroom equipped with a shower/tub, toilet and sink.This building has a sleeping room furnished with 4 twin beds and 1 crib. The last room has a play area, a television, two rocking chairs and 1 crib.

The backyard at Joel's Place is fenced and has a small porch that leads to an outdoor playset.
